- Asian Handicap
- A handicap betting system that eliminates the draw outcome and offers split-handicap options.
- Bankroll Management
- The practice of budgeting and controlling the amount of money allocated for betting.
- Bonus Bet
- A free bet credited by a sportsbook, usually subject to wagering conditions before withdrawal.
- Bookmaker
- A company or individual that sets odds and accepts bets on sporting events.
- Cash Out
- A feature allowing bettors to settle a bet before the event concludes, locking in a payout.
- Chasing Losses
- The risky habit of increasing bet sizes in an attempt to recover previous losses.
- Hedging
- Placing additional bets to reduce potential loss or guarantee a profit on an existing wager.
- Juice
- The commission charged by a sportsbook on a bet, often reflected in the odds as the vig.
- KYC
- "Know Your Customer" process where the sportsbook verifies a bettor's identity and eligibility.
- Live Betting
- Placing bets on a match while it is in progress, with odds that update in real time.
- Middle
- A betting strategy where a bettor places wagers on both sides of a line, aiming to win both.
- Moneyline
- A bet on which team will win a match outright, with odds expressed as a positive or negative number.
- Odds Boost

- Over/Under
